SummaryReporting to the Dean, the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management leads the Office of Enrollment Management for the school with a focus on leadership and direction for student recruitment and admissions. This position has the overall responsibility, in consultation with the dean, for the development, coordination, and implementation of enrollment management strategies based upon quantitative analysis and strategic decision-making to achieve enrollment goals. The Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management will provide visionary strategic leadership and management to the enrollment management process that includes: marketing, recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and scholarships. The Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management will have a comprehensive understanding of market segments as well as the School's programs and be able to accurately and persuasively represent and market academic programs to prospective students and others. In addition, the Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management will oversee and coordinate the customer relationship management system and all application processes, including website and technology interfaces, and database software management.
Required Qualifications- Master's Degree in higher educational administration, student development, student personnel or related field from an accredited institution and five or more years of relevant experience in enrollment management and higher education administration
- Bachelor's Degree in higher educational administration, student development, student personnel or related field from an accredited institution and eight or more years of relevant experience in enrollment management and higher education administration
- Doctoral degree in higher educational administration, student development, student personnel or related field from an accredited institution
- Degree or experience in public health
