The Case Manager in the Office of Case Management & Victim Support Services will provide support to students who test positive for COVID and those who are close contacts. This will largely be done remotely, but, where in person contact is necessary, appropriate PPE will be provided.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with mental health issues.
- Previous experience responding to crises.
- Previous experience working with college students and families
