The position is responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications and will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Architect and design holistic technologies and systems to meet complex business needs and constraints.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor colleagues on best practices and development tools including coding, source control management, and technical reviews.
  • Develop solutions in Salesforce and related systems.
  • Utilize strong design and development patterns and frameworks to ensure solutions are sound and meet requirements.
  • Follow good practices and project guidelines in all cases including the use of source code control, automated testing, test-case-based development, and proper documentation practices.
  • Contribute to the development team by sharing knowledge, assisting others, and keeping up with the new trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Identify and quickly escalate potential issues with design, packaged software, client resources, or anything else that impacts your ability to deliver according to expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field AND five (5) years experience providing information technology services; 3 years experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams of varied skill levels and taking a lead role in delivering complex technical systems and mission critical services OR Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Certificates from recognized programs that indicate mastery tools and techniques relevant to the assignment may substitute for up to six months of experience.
Preferred Qualifications•Experience designing technology solutions using the Salesforce platform to utilize platform strengths

•Experience with APEX and other object-oriented languages

•Experience with JavaScript and front end JavaScript frameworks like Lightning (Aura), Angular, or React

•Salesforce project development experience including integrated systems

•Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams of varied skill levels

•Experience in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms

•Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL

•Experience with self-motivating and working in a dynamic environment

•Experience in working and communicating well with colleagues and customers

•Experience in troubleshooting, tuning, and optimizing technical enterprise systems

•Evidence in effectively communicating technical concepts to other technical staff members as well as non-technical members of the organization.
