- Process monthly and weekly payroll for faculty and staff and review and approve staff and student timecards.
- Prepare and process additional and variable pay requests, incentive payments, bonuses, annual salary increases, separation payouts and perform salary and research cost reallocations. Run monthly payroll reports to verify faculty and staff were paid correctly.
Maintain and update salary grids and distributions.
Assist with PSOM budget preparation to include entry into Hyperion system.
Prepare monthly reports for departmental gifts and endowments
Allocate Non-Faculty Employees payroll through interfund and assist Clinical Finance team in monthly reconciliation.
Maintain and report on PSOM Designated accounts
Faculty Leave Tracking (Sabbatical, FIAP, and Reduction in Duties) and University Staff Leave Tracking (Military Leave)
Work collaboratively with the Faculty Residential Affairs Coordinator for all hiring and separation of faculty.
- Communicate policy and process changes and implement new systems
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
