Job Description

This position will assist in the management of multiple clinical trials, Phase I – IV, and responsibilities in the research area of Dermatology. Coordinate the screening of patients, subject enrollment, collection and storage of biological samples and related study documents, and collection of clinical data. Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) filings and inquiries, and assist in the preparation of manuscripts, grant proposals, and research related presentations. Works closely with the Principal Investigator, manager, and study team to identify problems and develop solutions. Implement approved changes to procedures as needed and monitor results. Responsible for study coordination for sponsor trials, investigator-initiated studies, multi-center research studies, and patient-oriented clinical and translational research projects

Responsibilities include:

- With the help of the project manager, manage/coordinate/organize the daily work of research assistants for tasks such as recruitment, study visits, and regulatory, and train them in these tasks. Attend Investigator Meetings and communicate meeting information to the study team.

-With supervision, assist in preparation of source documents, case report forms, study trackers, protocols and consent forms, and other moderately complicated study documents.

-Management and tracking of study drug. Data entry and management, registration and management of AEs, addressing queries; Phlebotomy to obtain necessary biosamples, interacting with sponsors and preparation for site reviews and monitoring visits, and assistance with preparing regulatory documents; Enrolling subjects in EPIC and attaching Research Guarantor. Managing charges in EPIC for Research subjects

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of related experience in research and clinical study methodologies or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
