The Multimedia Specialist at the Darla Moore School of Business works directly under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications to create promotional videos and multimedia content to be used in Moore School marketing initiatives. This includes writing scripts and interview questions, scheduling and conducting interviews, filming and editing video and maintaining the Moore School YouTube channel. This position is also responsible for providing high-impact marketing photos to be used in print and electronic publications and maintaining the Moore School digital photo archives.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years related experience, or high school diploma and 7 years related experiencePreferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of graphic design
standards and software.
• Experience with studio photography and
• Experience creating video content for social
• Experience in higher education.
• Excellent working knowledge of video
production and editing.
• Excellent working knowledge of HD video
cameras and hardware, lighting equipment
and video editing software such as Final
Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects.
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe
• Good working knowledge of digital
photography, including photo editing
through Adobe Photoshop.
• Detail-oriented with strong Internet usage
skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, oral and organizational
skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize
and successfully meet guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part
of a collaborative team.
