Assistant Program manager will assist in creating new companion coaching/training modules. Additional activities include working with Program Manager and team to enhance evaluation procedures for all virtual components of BASC; provision of technical assistance to BASC identified districts; increase fidelity of implementation strategies statewide; participation in coordination of meetings with team and funders.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)Minimum of Masters degree required.
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesExpertise in the areas of school prevention frameworks including but not limited to PBIS, MTSS, and ISF; experience in school mental health best practices; experience in provision of in-person and virtual teaching/coaching; ability to function productively on a team; excellent written communication and organizational skills; ability to interface and connect with diverse stakeholders.
