The Center’s mission is to reduce cancer occurrence and death in North Carolina and the nation through research, treatment, training, and outreach.

Harnessing the immune system to prevent or treat cancer has resulted in the emergence of exciting and promising therapies. The Lab investigates novel approaches for improving the efficacy and synergy of cancer immunotherapies through integration of preclinical mouse models and patient samples.
