The head and neck oncology Dr. Yarbrough lab is seeking a highly skilled, ambitious and motivated postdoc to perform a translational cancer research project. The lab is well funded by NIH. The project is focused on novel aspects of HPV-induced carcinogenesis in head and neck, specifically on how episomal HPV drives head and neck cancer development and progression and which host genes are involved in the process of transformation.Educational Requirements
Candidates must have a Ph.D., preferably in the biological sciences.Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience with basic techniques in molecular biology and biochemistry, as well as in vivo mouse (xenografts) work experience.
Preference will be given to individuals who are now completing their thesis work and have at least one high-impact publication.
