Under supervision of the Principal Investigator, this position will be tasked with performing computational analyses to support research projects investigating the genetic basis of psychiatric disorders and substance use disorders (see research at www.wonlab.org, all work will be conducted remotely). Assist postdoc and/or graduate students with their analysis on genome-wide association studies, chromatin architecture, and massively parallel reporter assay. Strict attention to detail, record keeping, code writing, collaborative attitudes, and communication skills are required. Additional duties will include data analysis and interpretation; maintaining database of experimental results; assisting with figures for grant applications and publications; providing technical assistance in the lab, including assisting other members of the lab; and assisting with training of lab assistants and students.

Education and Experience

MINIMUM TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with R programming language and experience using Linux/Unix
