Job Description

Under supervision, the individual will be part of the Human Pancreas Analysis Program (HPAP) to provide support to projects focusing on profiling changes that occur in the human endocrine pancreas in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

1. He/she will perform experiments including tissue culture, FACS, next generation sequencing library preps, and single cell genomics for the analysis of these changes.
2. He/she will provide technical support to the islet biology and beta cell functional team.
3. He/she will organize data, present updates at group meetings as well as making figures for manuscripts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
