Job Summary

This position is in direct support of the HEALing Communities Study, a four year grant aimed at reducing opioid overdose deaths by 40% in participating communities. As the Treatment Project Manager, incumbent will manage the day to day logistics of the Treatment Team, provide direct support to Treatment faculty and strategic management of the Treatment team in support of implementation of the Study’s CTH intervention, create standard operating procedures for treatment efforts, and manage cross workgroup communications. As the key point of contact and liaison for the treatment team and other study teams, incumbent will coordinate meetings and logistics, lead meetings as needed on behalf of study faculty and staff to educate stakeholders on study goals, progress, and outcomes. Supervising staff efforts, the incumbent will create standard operating procedures and manage memorandums of understanding in support of study interventions, constant quality improvement, and enhanced goal attainment.
