Located in Jackson, Kentucky. This position provides administrative support to Department of Forestry staff located at Robinson Forest and Robinson Center for Appalachian Resource Sustainability (RCARS), along with Cooperative Extension personnel located at RCARS. Responsibilities include performing and assisting with clerical tasks; scheduling; preparing correspondence; administrative reporting; editing procurement card accounts, making deposits of programming fees, assisting with the procurement of materials for extension programming, preparing Payment Request Documents (PRD), requesting reimbursement for internal and external grants; assisting with the preparation of materials for educational programs, and assisting with databases.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows Suite (Office, Excel, Access); web-based knowledge (website management)Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience
Associate of Arts (2 year) degree preferred.
At least one year experience in clerical support.
