Sitting for extended periods of time, lifting/pulling up to 10 lbs.

Shift

Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; some evenings and weekends possible as project and event needs dictate.

Job Summary

Respond to inquiries (e-mail, phone, social media) and direct to appropriate personnel. Assist CoSW faculty and staff with office, clerical, and administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, duplicating, and bulk mailings. Assist with special projects and events as needed. Other duties as necessary/assigned.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Attention to detail, Microsoft Office Suite, excellent oral and written communication skills, time management, ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience

1 year of college. Previous experience working in an office or administrative position.

Social Work, Business, Communication, Education, and/or Psychology majors preferred.
