This position will serve as disability & health coordinator for project efforts aimed at addressing the startling health disparities experienced by individuals with cognitive and mobility limitations in the state of Kentucky through developing collaborations at local and state level while creating healthy resources and health programming inclusive of individuals with disabilities. Duties will include event planning and coordination of community programming; cultivating networks and partnerships; assisting with design and management of web page content; assisting with development of inclusive health resources; keeping track of outreach efforts and data sources for reporting; support team members across projects and daily tasks; support project director with all program outreach, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination; and most importantly having a positive impact on the health of individuals with disabilities.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
