Job Summary

The College of Pharmacy is seeking a College Grants Officer within our Office of Research.
This position will prepare proposal budgets in compliance with sponsor and university policies, prepare a variety of sponsor forms, assist with the upload of the proposal packages, and assist with the preparation of electronic Internal Approval Forms. They will also educate college faculty and staff regarding grant policies and advise them of changes. They will also conduct group and one on one training sessions.
The candidate will need to understand and provide education on university policies and a variety of sponsor guidelines and policies as they relate to grants administration and assist business office staff, management and Research Administrator to resolve issues as needed. They will also maintain College of Pharmacy grants database and provide ad hoc reporting for a variety of stakeholders.
