Physical Requirements

This position requires regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with repetitive motions; occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50 lbs; standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 lbs; and some job-related travel (less than 10% of time).

Job Summary

The Revenue Integrity Analyst will primarily be responsible for financial, statistical, and other data related analyses that support the Revenue Integrity Director and the needs of the Revenue Integrity Manager. Duties will include analyzing established performance metrics, hospital and professional billing practices, and accounts receivable; pulling data from applicable UK systems and performing charge capture audits on both a recurring basis as well as adhoc, and providing feedback to the Revenue Integrity Manager and clinical department contacts; and preparing monthly charge capture statistical reports.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; CPT/HCPCS coding; and healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement.

At least two years of related employment experience within a large healthcare environment.
