Phil's Food Service Supervisor - PM shift

St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Food Service Supervisor at Phil's, the Campus Center Food Court. This position is responsible for supporting the operation of Phil's in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager. This is a working supervisor position that spends a majority of the shift working in the kitchen as well as overseeing the work of students. This is a 10 month position that works 9 months at Phil’s and 1 month for the Packers Training Camp. Dates for these are advised in advance, however they do fluctuate every year depending on the academic year for the college and the schedule dictated by the Green Bay Packers and/or the NFL.

The regular work hours are Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. This position is required to work weekends on a rotation basis. This rotation is based on the current staffing levels at Phil’s and is communicated by the manager in advance. We try our best to accommodate personal requests without compromising business continuity. During academic breaks and campus holidays, the hours will vary in between Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Commencement weekend is required in addition to the regular weekend rotation.
