The Practice Manager is primarily responsiblefor ensuring high quality customer service, managing overall workflow, andensuring employee, patient, and physician satisfaction. The Practice Manager isutilized in performing typical managerial duties. The Practice Manager is underthe overall on-site supervision of the Practice Administrator.
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

-Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required.
-Valid OK Driver's license required.
Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
Knowledge of all areas related to insurance andfront office work. Excellent customer service skills and good communicationskills. Good supervisory skills. Ability to multi-task while providing goodpatient care. Good computer skills and ability to learn new computer systems asneeded. Primary skills include verbal and written communication with patientsto promote continuity of care and follow-up as well as daily retrieval andscanning/filing of clinical encounter forms and reports for use by clinic staffduring patient care activities.
