Adjunct faculty in the Department of LeadershipStudies will be responsible to teach adult students’ curriculum established byIWU in our facilitator model of instruction as opportunities become available.
Education: Completed PhD or other research doctorate with aminimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the public administration or publicpolicy discipline, nonprofit, criminal justice, or related field with terminaldegree.
WorkExperience: 5 or more years in a public administration orpublic policy position
HigherEducation Experience: onlineteaching experience at the graduate level
•Demonstrated knowledge of online educational delivery tools.
•Demonstrated teaching abilities.
•Demonstrated higher education experience.
•Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft products.
•Demonstrated knowledge of adult learners
