Responsible for the technical development, support, and maintenance of the Engage Labs involvement platform, iLead Canvas courses and iLead website, involvement/demographic/programmatic data analysis and other programs/services in the Student Leadership & Service department. Responsible for training others in and creating written/video guides on usage of these programs. May assist with technical aspects of university-wide student leadership program.

Communicates and collaborates with university partners to deliver training, access, technical support, and data for their programs (eg. Activities, Residential Life, Clubs, New Student Experience, Career & Alumni, etc).

Handles sensitive student information with confidentiality.

Trains administrative and end users in utilization of software and programs, including in-person and written communications.

Troubleshoots issues with access and function of above-listed systems.

Collaborates on technical aspects of co-curricular path and co-curricular transcript.

Maintains a system for tracking co-curricular involvement in programs.

Produces weekly reports to inform/influence programming and student support.

Assists in the marketing of programs (iLead, Engage, etc.)

May research and update content for learning modules.

Abides by FERPA and security/privacy standards.

Assists the department in many on-going projects

Organizes, files and keeps accurate records.

Maintains systems in good working order.

Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience with data analysis and interpretation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, expert in Excel.

Excellent communication skills, including customer service.

Proficient in English language.

Ability to translate technical concepts and jargon to users.
