Learning Systems Analyst Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 202008135621 Full Time 8AM - 5PM Commensurate with Experience Position Information The Student Information Systems division of UC Riverside's Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is searching for a Learning Systems Analyst. The successful candidate in this role will have the opportunity to be involved in the implementation of Canvas for the main UCR campus as well as oversee support for our current learning management system, iLearn (Blackboard). If you have a desire to be a part of of improving UCR’s student experience by partnering with students, faculty, and staff to deliver modern learning management system solution then this position is for you! The salary range for this position is $61,600 to $121,200, however it is currently budgeted at a maximum annual salary of $91,400 (midpoint of range). This is a three year contract position with the possibility of becoming career. Most ITS staff are currently working 100% remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic and this position will start out working 100% remotely. Experience Experience Requirement Experience with Ellucian's Banner Student Information System. Preferred Experience working in higher education. Preferred Demonstrated experience with student learning management systems. Required Experience and/or knowledge of Canvas and Blackboard Learn. Preferred 4 - 7 years of related experience. Required
Special Conditions Special Condition Requirement Must pass a background check. Required Occassional travel for system-wide meetings, conferences, and developmental opportunities. Required

Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture.
Broad knowledge relating to software design.
Thorough knowledge of business and process analysis functions.
In-depth understanding and skill in process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description.
Thorough knowledge of related areas of IT.
Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
