St. Norbert College a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Prep Cook for Ruth's Marketplace, the main dining venue on campus. The Prep Cook provides direct culinary support to chefs by executing recipes, assisting with catering service orders, and providing Marketplace station meal service. This may include preparation and service of omelet and wellness cook-to-order stations, assisting the bakery and salad departments, and preparing menu items for daily meal plan service and catering. This position generally works an eight hour shift between the hours of 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday with every 6th weekend required.
