The Programs in Theater and Music Theater at the Lewis Center for the Arts, Princeton University seek a lecturer in Music Theater. This position is for one semester, non-tenure track, and potentially renewable depending on departmental need and satisfactory performance, with an expected start date of January 16, 2021. Strong candidates will be scholars of music theater or practitioners with demonstrated experience teaching musical theater composition with particular expertise in anti-racist and/or non-western practices. Competitive candidates will also demonstrate a deep commitment to undergraduate teaching and advising. Princeton is especially interested in candidates who, through their research, teaching, and service, will contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
