Postdoc - Neuroscience and Genetics

Job description

The Babcock lab is currently looking to hire a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our group at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA! This position is available immediately, although the exact start date is flexible.

Our lab uses Drosophila to better understand the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases. Our specific areas of interest include synapse dysfunction and the selective vulnerability of neuronal populations.

Prospective candidates must have a Ph.D. in biology, neuroscience, genetics, or a related field by the position start date. Compensation for this NIH-funded position will follow NIH postdoctoral stipend levels.
