Adjunct Faculty -Respiratory Therapy

Position Summary

Monroe County Community College is accepting applications for respiratory care part-time clinical instructors. Clinical instructors are hired on an as-needed basis to guide and assess student learning in the Respiratory Care (RTH) skills lab (on campus) and at clinical sites located in Michigan or Ohio that are under contract with MCCC’s RTH Program. Applicants must be employed as an RRT at the clinical site to which they are assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in Respiratory Care; Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active, unencumbered license to work in the state of work assignment; 2 to 5 years of clinical experience as an RRT. RTH clinical instructors may need to complete additional training provided by the college to meet program accreditation standards.
