Teaching Associate - LIS - all languages
The LIS Department at Coastal Carolina University seeks to hire adjunct faculty to teach elementary and/or intermediate language courses able to provide instruction in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Russian, and Spanish. Successful candidates must have a Master’s Degree and at least eighteen graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
Teaching Associates will work collaboratively with faculty in the LIS Department to ensure high-quality instruction that promotes communicative competency and critical cultural awareness.
Successful candidates must be able to work with a diverse student population and provide a classroom experience that is welcoming and inclusive for students of all backgrounds.
