Job Description

This CRC-A position is supporting day-to-day operations for innovative behavioral research programs with the Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation and the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. Responsibilities include: 1) management of study databases, including recruitment databases and project messaging; 2) supporting project implementation; 3) assisting with regulatory requirement 4) assisting with data transfers between project team members and data analysts, 5) assisting the project manager with preparing reports and presentation materials; 6) working with data sets and completing analyses and presenting data at project meetings. Additionally, the CRC-A will report directly to a Nudge Unit Project Manager and will meet weekly with PI/ co-PI's and/or Project Director for technical advice or to report on status of work in progress.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related experience in research and clinical study methodologies or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience with behavioral research preferred. Experience working with electronic systems and data systems, and understanding good data management practices preferred. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of R and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Position contingent upon funding.
