Job Summary

You must be a current UK student to apply for this position.

Local Lexington artist seeks art, design, or communications student to assist in building a web presence, including building a website, a Facebook page, and other forms of social media, as well as a backend business platform. The student must have experience with web design. Having a familiarity with online marketing and/or commerce would be very helpful.

The position will include 10-20 per week initially until all web and social media platforms are in place, then a weekly maintenance will be required that will include 5-10 per week or until the student work is no longer needed.

Skills and qualifications include: Mastery of graphic design software, Knowledge of design and visual principles, Portfolio showing creative, design and software skills, Ability to communicate design choices clearly.

The average Graphic Designer’s salary is $12.50 an hour.
