Job ResponsibilitiesPosition is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the patient, faculty and staff check-in stations and social distancing operations. This position coordinates with the clinic supervisors regarding the door schedules and protocols for appropriate check in processes. Position will provide support to the team in matters that require conflict resolution. As a working supervisor, this positon has responsibility for duties associated with check-in, patient scheduling and social distance monitoring. Job responsibilities and duties are subject to fluctuate with little or no prior notice. Assignments may include one or more of the following areas:
- Patient/Faculty/Staff Check-In – Responsibility for asking and recording responses to screening questions, taking temperatures, ensuring compliance with mask wearing and greeting individuals upon entry to the building.
- Patient Scheduling – Responsibility for calling patient to provide information on protocols for arriving for an appointment, assisting on the day of appointment with screening and taking temperatures
- Social Distancing Monitoring – Responsibility for ensuring 6-foot distancing and one-way flowing throughout the building. Ensure entrance and exiting through appropriate locations, and monitoring elevator capacity.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: At least three year of administrative/clerical experience that is relevant to the job duties as outlined above. Applicants must have familiarity working with a computer and software programs. Flexibility and ability to adapt to constant change and direction. Prior supervisory experience is a must. Individuals must possess excellent customer service, conflict resolution and communication skills. Core Competencies
