Job Summary

The College of Nursing and Health Sciences is looking to fill a full-time tenure track faculty position. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain scholarship through clinical practice in the specialty area. The faculty member is expected to have commitment to excellence in teaching, service, and scholarship in the graduate degree online program and clinical evaluation of students' precepted learning experiences. This is a 12-month position, beginning January 1, 2021.

Required Qualifications

Doctoral Degree (DNP, PhD, or EdD) required; Current certification as a nurse practitioner, with preference given to applicants certified as a family nurse practitioner. Prior teaching experience preferred. Must have the ability to engage in practice in specialty field of preparation. Current license in Georgia as a Registered Nurse and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Georgia required.
