Job Summary Provide support to the Department of Materials Management by performing routine tasks.

Responsibilities
    Assist Warehouse SupervisorVerify receipt of goods against a purchase order/packing listFill stock internal requisitionsDrive a delivery van / club car and make deliveries to campus departmentsPick up and deliver mail to the Americus Post Office on occasion Pick up large packages for express package shipping via UPS, DHL, Fed-exPick up P-card order from local vendors that do not deliver to campusRestock the shelves with goodsKeep warehouse in a clean and orderly manner (sweep on occasions and vacuum shelves)Limited clerical duties including filing and answering the phone.Assist in random inventory counts of stockAssist in decaling of property inventory equipmentAssist in picking up equipment for surplus property disposal Assist in recording surplus property for disposal
Required Qualifications

    Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work well with othersMust be able to lift heavy packagesStock inventory and receiving experience helpful Must have a valid Georgia Drivers License Must be motivated and have a desire to learn new skills
