This position is located in the department of the Center for Information Technology Services, Mrs. Donna Hayden, Supervisor.

To assist the Center for Information Technology Services Department with providing technical assistance to the campus.

Scope of Responsibilities

To assist the Center for Information Technology Services Department with providing technical assistance to the campus.

Essential Job Functions

Update software
Install software
Troubleshoot pcs, laptops, printers, etc.
Move equipment to other locations (20-50 lbs.)
Basic office duties

Qualifications

•Must be enrolled at Alcorn State University as an undergraduate with at least 6 hours
•Must be available to work and meet class schedule with academic success in the course during the academic school year.
•Must dress appropriately for work environment

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

•Must be able to read, write and follow verbal communications.
