Provides program management and office planning to create and maintain strategic partnerships and a culture of collaboration for stakeholders. The incumbent will serve as an embedded career liaison and will develop successful partnerships that connect employers, students, alumni, and research entities to the College of Entrepreneurship and the Career Center.

Assist in planning, organizing, and managing career services in the Career Center. Provides supervision and direction to A&P staff supporting employer relations and recruitment services. Provide training and evaluation for A&P staff.

Develop linkages between FSU students/alumni and employers. Assist in facilitating, promoting and expanding interaction with business/industry, government, and nonprofit employers to create and increase experiential learning and full-time opportunities.

Assist in delivering other core Career Center programs including recruiting services, employer development, career advising, and teaching SDS 3340. Provides accurate data collection for student engagement in career services to support strategic planning and annual reporting needs. Make recommendations regarding career information and/or job search resources that should be maintained by the Career Center to meet the specific needs of students in the various academic programs within the College of Entrepreneurship.

Assist in developing policies and procedures for the employer relations and recruitment services unit and ensures policies are implemented.

Represents the Career Center in professional Associations. Serves on Career Center, Division of Student Affairs and university committees as needed.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience; or high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience.

(Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)

Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community, and the ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.

Knowledge of applicable computer applications and basic computer functions.

Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of career counseling and development.
