The Department of Medicine's Division of Nephrology at the University of Virginia, School of Medicine, is seeking applicants for a tenure-ineligible Clinical Faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor for full time Nephrologists at our Lynchburg, Virginia area locations. You will have the opportunity to join a group of twenty-three (23) providers and be associated with a well-respected, academic health system.
The UVA Department of Medicine is dedicated to preventing disease & treating illness, educating & inspiring future leaders in the field of internal medicine. We provide comprehensive care across all specialty disciplines.
Candidates must have an MD or equivalent, be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine and Nephrology by appointment start date and have a commitment to clinical excellence and teaching. Candidates must also possess excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working across disciplines.
