Job Summary

The Department of Biostatistics at the University of Kentucky is seeking a statistical genetics programmer with experience in high performance computing and operations management to work with PIs and co-PIs on a range of research studies. Duties include planning, developing, and implementing statistical genetics programs for big data management and analysis using best practices in data quality and security.

Further duties include HPC and lab operations management. The successful candidate will also be expected to serve as the technical lead on project teams, collaborating with investigators to plan analyses that utilize existing and emerging methodologies.
