Position is responsible for providing accessibility resources and assistance to students, faculty, and staff; coordinate support services for students with disabilities with appropriate offices; provide academic, career, and personal counseling; and assist with identification of assistive hardware and software. Provide academic and testing accommodations; collect, maintain, and analyze documentation of disabilities; maintain student records and data on disabled population; and assist with identification of and response to campus barriers.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in education/special education, higher education administration, college student personnel, counseling, social work, psychology or related field with a minimum of three years’ professional experience providing direct service to students with a wide range of disabilities within a postsecondary institution.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Accessibility Resources, strong organizational and planning skills, communication skills, computer skills, and ability to collaborate with other departments and students.
