Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Masters in Nursing, or Nurse PractitionerMinimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience in a mental health setting or three years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.

Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Wisconsin to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber and must possess a DEA licenseAdditional Information:
