Visual & Performing Arts Recruiting Specialist
Applications are being accepted for the position of visual and performing arts recruiting specialist. This is a full-time position that works collaboratively with the music, theatre/dance, and art/art history departments and the enrollment management division to recruit talented performing and visual arts students to Cornell College. This position assists in the development of recruitment materials, communications, and social media outreach to prospective students. This position utilizes the college's database to monitor the status of visual and performing arts students and coordinate and facilitate communication with those students by the fine arts faculty. This position communicates with prospective students and parents to provide college information, regarding the music, theatre/dance, and art/art history departments, as well as the fine arts scholarship application and auditions. This position participates in the planning and execution of on and off-campus events and builds solid working relationships with visual and performing arts directors, teachers, and programs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a fine arts field. Work experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
