PROGRAM MANAGER - DUKE PRIMARY CARE

Responsible for the management and oversight of the full cycle recruitment process of both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APP’s) with in Duke Primary Care

This position is responsible for creating a strategic provider recruitment plan that aligns with the strategic goals of the Duke University Health System.

Responsible for a combined recruitment budget more than $1M annually. The specialty areas this position will primarily oversee and recruit for are Family Medicine, (hospitalist) Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and dual boarded Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.

Experience

Work requires the ability to plan and administer programs and direct program activities within a specific functional area, generally acquired through four years of related experience. OR ANY OTHER EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
