Assistant Position in Organizational Behavior at Rice University

The Organizational Behavior (OB) Faculty group in the Jones Graduate School of Business (JGSB) at Rice University in Houston, Texas, invites applications for an open assistant or associate professor position in the area of OB. The appointment will be as of July 1, 2021. Successful candidates are expected to produce interesting, high-quality research in organizational behavior, publish in top journals, and teach courses in the field of OB.
The OB faculty at Rice University take pride in publishing high impact research in top-tier journals and books and strive to provide transformative learning experiences for our students. Hiring a new faculty this year and potentially additional faculty in the coming year, the OB group provides an excellent work environment within a top-tier business school.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate professor level applicants must have a Ph.D. in OB or related field and an established record of excellence in scholarly research, top journal publications, and excellence of teaching in the field of organizational behavior.
Assistant professor level applicants must have a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or a related field by July 1st of the year employment commences.
