Academic Pathologist with Expertise in Renal and Thoracic Pathology and in Pathology Education

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine invites applications for a Surgical Pathologist-with expertise in Renal Pathology and in Thoracic Pathology. A general understanding of surgical pathology is also needed.  Duties will include sign-out of renal and thoracic specimen, and some general surgical specimen, transplant rotations.  In addition, Candidates will be asked to devote a significant amount of time in education mission, scholastic activities and/or administrative responsibility in Pathology Education. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Applicants should be board certified in Anatomic Pathology and have fellowship training and/or significant working experience in renal and in thoracic pathology.
