Job Description

Manager, Administration and Finance: Senior Business Administrator providing financial and operational oversight over several programs in Psychiatry, including the CMHP, WBW and Psychotherapy. Oversight of one Grants Mgr, one Grants Coordinator and a Business Administrator A. Responsible for all pre and post award activities, as well as any CPUP contracts for each program. This includes all activities with regards to grants management, gifts, endowments, CPUP contracts as well as any unrestricted funds. Work with Program Directors to strategize and plan for Center's activities. Responsible for all payroll and HR issues related to these Programs. Responsible for space inventory management for all programs. This position is the point person that works directly with Dept Admin in managing the programs.


Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 7 years experience or equivalent combination of years and experience required
