Clinical Assistant Professor of Information Security and Assurance

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month, non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor of Information Security and Assurance faculty position in the Department of Information Systems that begins January 2021.

Responsibilities for this position include: teaching courses at the undergraduate level in Information Security and Assurance (e.g., systems security, security management, software assurance, etc.), research and scholarship in the area of expertise, and professional service to the Department, College, and University as required.

An earned doctorate in Information Security, Information Systems or closely related area from a regionally accredited institution or the foreign equivalent is required.

Applicants with an earned doctorate from an AACSB accredited college/school and a record of industry accomplishments, teaching experience, and collegiality will be given preference.

Applicants should be able to show evidence of a high level of professional engagement in local, regional, and professional organizations in the area of Information Security and Assurance or a closely related area.
