Description:
The Department of Surgery at the University of Florida is recruiting a tenure or non-tenure track surgeon to join the Division of General Surgery-Surgical Oncology. A focus and evidence of expertise in oncology and hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery is required. The academic rank and track will be based upon the career stage and development of the candidate. This new physician will join the division's six full-time surgeons with a reputation of excellence in patient care. The Division has a long-standing commitment to education and the new surgeon will be involved in this effort. In addition, applicants will be provided time to pursue academic interests.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: This position requires an MD degree or equivalent; board certification or eligibility in general surgery.
