This role will build out the college’s marketing technology stack and oversee the day-to-day management and operations of Luther College’s automated marketing efforts focused on lead generation and nurturing. They will implement and oversee the marketing automation platform and lead management processes; the customer relationship management (CRM) platform, including the student pipeline; and integration and alignment across the website and the various platforms in our technology stack. This role will use data analysis to identify trends and recommend strategies to increase enrollment, move students through the student lifecycle, and obtain optimal yield rates. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing; is driven to improve efficiency, processes, and the customer experience; thrives on analytics; and can partner with key departments across campus to maximize engagement with our main audiences (prospective students, parents, alumni, and donors). A Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of work experience in a marketing operations role, as well as extensive experience overseeing the integration of digital marketing strategies is required.
