Description:Human Resources is seeking a bright energetic student interested in gaining exposure to the HR field. The federal work study student will provide administrative and project related support to the staff within Human Resources.
- Assist with file maintenance.Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate resource for resolution.Assist with greeting visitors in the HR Reception.Light administrative support such as making copies, faxing documents, and data entry.Provide project support in the areas of training, onboarding, HRIS and recruiting.Assist with room reservations, workshop preparation and setup.Perform system administrator duties in a Learning Management System, including but not limited to: creating workshops, managing rosters and running reports.Assist with content creation for online courses using content design software such as Articulate 360.
- Must be eligible to receive Federal Work Study funds. Must be enrolled a minimum of 6 credits at Georgia Gwinnett College.Must be in good academic standing and maintain good academic standing for the duration of employment.Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
