The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the tenure track. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism is desirable.

Teaching responsibilities may include conducting clinical and education activities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach and participate in graduate programs based on his or her research focus.

Clinical responsibilities may include providing clinical care for patients with Endocrine disorders.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include establishing an innovative, independent research program that will attract and maintain extramural funding. The successful candidate must have demonstrated outstanding record of productivity in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism research. A record of current or past extramural funding is desirable.
