Job Details
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for UTMC. Ensures compliance with rules of participation through strong compliance and monitoring activities, and program policies. PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED.
Qualifications:Required education/experience/licensing:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 2. Pharmacy technician certification required 3. State board of pharmacy licensure as a certified technician 4. Previous 340B / pharmacy experience preferred 5. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a compliance related role preferred Other required qualifications/knowledge/skills/abilities: 1. Must be self-directed, motivated and capable of leading supportive personnel 2. Must be able to work well with the public and other health professionals 3. Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required 5. Detail oriented and proven successful analytical skills 6. Utilizes effective communication to provide excellent customer services 7. Demonstrates effective and culturally appropriate communicationsWorking Conditions:Works in a professional office environment with possible high stress levels. Frequent changes in job duties and assignments may be possible. Self-direction, analysis, and deductive reasoning are keys to success in the position.
