Job Summary AMSC invites applicants for adjunct faculty position in Psychology starting August 10, 2020.

Applicants should hold a minimum of Master’s degree in any areas of Psychology and have one or more years of college-level teaching experience in Psychology, with a preference for those with some online or hybrid teaching experience and a willingness to teach on campus. Applicants should also provide three letters of recommendation or the contact information for three professional references.

Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the teaching of lower-division and upper-division courses, as well as some subset of core psychology courses such as Introduction to Psychology. Other related duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to undergraduate education, student engagement and research, as well as service to the college and community. AMSC is an institution that values innovative teaching, advising, and mentoring (advising and mentoring is expected of all faculty).

  • One year or more of teaching experience at a college or university.
